- I usually do not read newspapers but I tend to pick up the metro newspaper

- I usually turn to the sports section to see any interesting news but sometimes if the front page is eye-catching then I would carry on reading

- I never read the section where they advertise things like houses

- On a school day i spend my time watching television at night whereas on the weekends i usually watch it in the morning

- I like programmes like el chapo or life inside the deadliest prison as it helps me understand the harsh world

- Occasionally when there is a football match i watch it live or if I miss any boxings games I watch the catch-up on youtube

- my main reason to access Instagram is too scroll through and see peoples everyday life and sometimes I like to watch celebrity news which is quite interesting

- I like to use social medias like snapchat to talk to friends on a daily

Reflection

- I should use less of social media and start watch more films and listen to the news on the radio

- I shall revise more than going on facetime to chat to my friends

- for media I would regularly watch films on Netflix and start reading more news in the BBC news app
